Cancer Research
Cancer Research UK is the world's leading charity dedicated to saving lives through research. We've been at the heart of the progress that has already seen survival in the UK double in the last 40 years. Every step we make towards beating cancer relies on vital donations from the public.

FHLTA
As well as its role in promoting public awareness of transplantation and organ donation, supporting training and research opportunities for staff, the FHTLA is very much a hands-on charity and is concerned about the welfare and wellbeing of individual patients.
Heart and lung transplant patients and their families know too well what a great challenge the transplant recovery process can be. Patients are often an inpatient for many weeks, if not months, and are frequently a long way from home. Close family members may have to make considerable adjustments to their own lives in order to provide essential care and support for their loved ones who have undergone a transplant.

Save the Children
We work in homes, nurseries, schools and communities to narrow the gap between children living in poverty and their better off classmates.
When COVID-19 hit, UK children's lives were turned upside down. To help, we started an Emergency Grant for the worst affected families. Already, the grant has helped over 10,000 of Britain's poorest children with early-learning packs, food vouchers, and other essentials.

Kidney Research UK
Worldwide, around one in 10 people have chronic kidney disease, for which there is no cure. Here in the UK, 20 people develop kidney failure each day, and 64,000 are reliant on dialysis or a transplant to stay alive.
Five people every week die while on the waiting list for a kidney transplant.
Over the past decade some progress has been made in treating kidney disease, but not nearly enough. Kidney disease continues to rise, and history is repeating itself, with successive generations experiencing the same life-limiting health problems and inadequate treatments.

The Ocean Cleanup
Every year, millions of tons of plastic enter the oceans primarily from rivers. The plastic afloat across the oceans – legacy plastic – isn’t going away by itself. Therefore, solving ocean plastic pollution requires a combination of stemming the inflow and cleaning up what has already accumulated.
The Ocean Cleanup, a non-profit organization, is developing advanced technologies to rid the world’s oceans of plastic. When we have achieved our goal of a 90% reduction in ocean plastic, our project is finished and our work will be done.
