Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen Peptides 5000mg
Hyaluronic Acid 60mg
Vitamin C 100mg
Directions
Mix 1x5g scoop daily in 200-500ml water or add to your smoothies, juice, salads, oat meal, porridge, breads or cakes. For best results drink on an empty stomach at least 1-2 hours before meals.
L-Glutathione
Glutathione is a powerful Antioxidant with anti-aging properties, it brightens the skin plus strengthens the immune system, reduces oxidative stress and promotes the neutralisation of free radicals.

Directions
Dilute 1 x 5g scoop in 150ml of cool water or juice. Drink in the morning before breakfast or at the night before bed.
