Piyush Smoothie

Add 2 cups plain or flavoured shrikhand, 2 cups buttermilk (plain chaas), and 2 cups whole milk to a blender. Add in powdered sugar (as per taste), 1 tsp ground cardamom, ½ tsp ground nutmeg, 10-15 strands of saffron soaked in 2 tbsp milk, and blend until everything comes together.

Pour piyush in serving glasses. Garnish with almond and pistachio slivers and serve chilled.
